Hi there,
Just woundering if anyone has any ideas on enticing old clients who have not returned for 3 - 6 months.... packages?......etc

I may be rubbish at service delivery, but marketing is a better area for me. Below is the copy I used to lapsed clients (last visit 6-15months ) it got a 10% response rate, which would go up with more recently lapsed clients. A direct mail to actives (last visit 6mths) got me 25% response rate, but that was a different offer to this one.
Anyhow happy to share, obviously amount off depends on how much your service is. Discounting can potentially devalue your brand so tend to use when other offers have failed, plus consider if this the the type of client you want back. Anyhow... Here's what I sent.
£15.00 OFF YOUR HAIR
PLUS... £20.00 WORTH OF HAIR VOUCHERS [colour 2week limit and recommend friend]
I really hope you don’t mind me writing to you, but I noticed it’s now been a few months since you have visited our salon.
